Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call centre environment.
  • Follow approved communication scripts while addressing a wide range of customer inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions or alternative options.
  • Record all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call-handling targets, KPIs, and performance goals.
  • Stay informed on company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Escalate complex issues as needed and provide input to improve customer service workflows.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude on every call.
