Job Description

As a Tele sales Executiveyou sell products/services over the phone, focusing on meeting targets by calling potential/existing customers, understanding needs, pitching solutions, handling objections, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships, using strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills to drive company revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound/Inbound Calls

    : Contact leads/customers for sales (upselling,cross-selling) and address inquiries.
  • Sales & Targets

    : Achieve monthly sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer Engagement

    : Build rapport, explain product features, and resolve complaints.
  • Lead Management

    : Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones.
  • Data Management

    : Accurately record all call details and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Product Knowledge

    : Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
