Job Summary

Tele-Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Identify customer needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer details.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on market trends and customer requirements.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.


Requirements

  • Education:

    Minimum graduate (Any graduation).
  • Experience:

    0–2 years in tele-sales / inside sales / customer service (Freshers welcome).

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (in English, Hindi, or regional languages).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
