Job Summary

Tele-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales.
Identify customer needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer details.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on market trends and customer requirements.
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements

Education:
Minimum graduate (Any graduation).
Experience:
0–2 years in tele-sales / inside sales / customer service (Freshers welcome).

Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills (in English, Hindi, or regional languages).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
