Customer Relations Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in the real estate sector, your primary role will be to handle fresh booking inquiries, convert leads into sales, and guide clients throughout the property buying process. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating with internal teams for smooth booking and documentation, providing excellent after-sales support, and maintaining records of interactions and sales through CRM software. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to build rapport with clients quickly, and maintain a sales-driven mindset to meet targets effectively. While prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage, it is not mandatory. You should be comfortable with a 6-day work schedule and either be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate. This role offers a salary range of 3.6 LPA to 5.5 LPA, depending on your experience and skills. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply for this position.
