Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive (Junior Position) located in Ahmedabad. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through calling potential customers, providing information about our services, and converting leads into customers. Day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication, customer relationship management, and a proactive sales approach.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales techniques
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently
• Experience in tele sales, customer service, or related roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• An energetic and enthusiastic approach to sales

Preferences:

• 1–2 years of prior experience in Telecalling / Telemarketing is preferable.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
• Basic knowledge of Hospitality and Travel and Tourism industry is a plus
• Relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Key Requirements:

• Able to work in rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to explore and learn about the Travel Agency Business.
• Eagerness to get trained and implement new technologies for continuous improvement.
