Tele Sales Executive

As a professional responsible for Cold Calling for new Leads, you will be required to perform a variety of tasks aimed at generating leads, retaining existing customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls or leads, serving existing customers by providing after-sales support, and informing them about new products/offers. Additionally, you will be tasked with sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls. Your role will also involve actively pursuing leads to convert them into sales, as well as facilitating complete virtual walkthroughs of projects. It will be essential for you to analyze client requirements, assist them with their queries and clarifications, and build ongoing relationships with both existing and potential clients. To excel in this position, you should possess domain experience, language proficiency, and knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. Strong communication skills, confidence, and a soft-spoken demeanor are crucial, along with great follow-up skills and proficiency in negotiation. Your ability to handle complaints, be persistent and results-oriented, and remain patient in the face of customer rejection will be key to your success.
