Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Sales Executive cum Social Media Executive for our Trivandrum office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with Instagram, Reels creation, and appearing on camera, while also handling tele sales and customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Tele Sales

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for travel and study abroad services
• Follow up on leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and campaigns
• Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets

Social Media

• Manage and engage with company Instagram and other social media platforms
• Create and post Instagram Reels, stories, and promotional videos
• Confidently appear on camera for reels, promotions, and brand videos
• Respond to DMs, comments, and social media enquiries promptly
• Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in tele sales or customer handling preferred
• Familiar with Instagram, Reels creation, and social media trends
• No camera fear – confident speaking and presenting on video
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn (training will be provided)
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
