Holiday Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Holiday Consultant to design and manage bespoke holiday experiences for clients from India and the United Kingdom. This role requires excellent travel knowledge, particularly of Europe, and a willingness to learn and grow with ongoing training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients from India and the UK to understand travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements
• Design and sell tailor-made and package holidays (leisure, luxury, family, honeymoon, group travel)
• Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, flights, hotels, tours, and travel insurance
• Prepare accurate quotations and process bookings using GDS and supplier portals
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and tour operators to secure best rates and services
• Ensure all travel documentation is accurate and issued on time
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
• Handle amendments, cancellations, and customer queries professionally
• Upsell ancillary services to maximize revenue
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, products, and travel regulations
• Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge of European destinations and industry trends

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Holiday Consultant or Travel Advisor preferred
• Strong destination knowledge, especially Europe, and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to tailor holidays to individual client needs
• Familiarity with GDS systems and online booking platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Desirable

• Travel & Tourism qualification
• Experience in luxury or bespoke travel
• Knowledge of visa processes and travel regulations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
