Job Role & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers (international market USA, UK, Canada) Explain product features, benefits, and pricing Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals Handle objections, answer customer queries, and follow up on leads Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM tools Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for feedback and strategy optimization Maintain professionalism and high energy throughout all interactions Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication (English fluency is a must) Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated Quick learner with adaptability to changing products/services Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary with incentives Performance bonuses Friendly work environment Growth and promotion opportunities
