This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer support, ensuring excellent communication with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales. The Telesales Executive will maintain records of customer interactions and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
Role
-Make outbound calls to potential clients.
-Explain company services and solutions.
-Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
-Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
-Handle leads follow-up, nurturing, and closing.
Qualifications
-Fresher or 0–1 year experience.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Basic knowledge of MS Office.
-Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
-Positive attitude & willingness to learn.
-Preference: Candidates interested in the export–import sector.
