Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and convert social media leads

    into qualified prospects and paying clients.
  • Search and generate new prospects

    through LinkedIn, directories, and other online/offline platforms.
  • Pitch and present DCGBS services

    tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM

    with accurate lead and client information.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

    and performance KPIs.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships

    to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and share reports

    on lead quality, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Requirements –

  • Proven experience in telesales / telemarketing / inside sales, preferably in

    business consultancy, financial services, or real estate

    .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in

    English

    (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam an advantage).
  • Proficiency in using

    CRM tools, LinkedIn, and MS Office

    .
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
