In this role, you will be a key technical resource and advisor across Sainces product suite of PACS and medical imaging solutions for prospective customers in India. Your work will include contributing to sales presentations, providing product demonstrations, workflow modeling, solution design, and ensuring our customers fully grasp the value and benefit they can unlock from the Sainces platform. We primarily hire for aptitude and knowledge. We would like to see extensive prior experience in medical imaging solutions especially PACS, RIS, Viewers etc. Technical and functional expertise in all modalities of medical imaging including CT, MRI, PET/CT etc IS REQUIRED. Experience working with Radiologists and deep knowledge of radiologist workflow is required. What will you be doing? Partner with the sales team to pitch Saince’s technology to client decision makers (often at C-level) and technical, data and privacy teams, delivering exceptional technical demos and addressing technical and functional questions. Contribute to the RFI / RFP process for prospects in partnership with our product marketing team, writing responses and/or supporting your team as necessary. Act as a proactive technical subject matter expert and consultant on Saince’s technology and capabilities both internally and externally. Work closely with internal Saince teams (Engineering and Product, Customer Success and Support) to create transformative solutions for prospects and clients. This will involve solving the biggest industry problems through the application of Saince technology, along with 3rd party complementary technologies where relevant. Work with prospects and clients to understand requirements, design, document relevant solutions and develop strategies in partnership with Sales and Customer Success to successfully pitch these solutions, coordinating the delivery of these solutions with client teams and with our internal delivery teams. Act as a conduit to our product and engineering teams, clearly articulating new feature requests from prospects and ensuring that client value and requirements are documented effectively. Requirements 2+ years in PACS and medical imaging sales and solution engineering 3+ years working with modalities like CT, MRI, PET/CT, etc. Experience working with Radiologists and C-Level executives within hospitals Previous experience in client-facing technical consulting, solutions architecture, implementation and/or sales engineering within a B2B software, SaaS technology business. Exceptional presentation skills and communication skills with the ability to engage with and translate between technical experts and key business decision makers. Excellent long term client relationship management capabilities in conjunction with strong project management skills. Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and technical operations teams. Ability to run technical demonstrations of a complex technical platform. Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering complex solutions for clients, including strong documentation skills. Smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking and proactive.
