Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential customers' needs and provide relevant information about our healthcare facilities. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements : Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the Health Care Industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations. Proficiency in cold calling, cross selling, upselling techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
