Role & responsibilities Design graphics, posts, reels, and stories for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Create motion graphics and short videos for digital marketing Develop visual content for blogs and websites Work with the marketing team on campaigns and branding Ensure design consistency across all platforms Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines Revise and update designs as per feedback Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience is a plus) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Strong portfolio of social media, motion graphics, and website design work Video editing skills for reels and short form content Knowledge of web and blog graphics (UX/UI is an advantage) Excellent communication and time management skills Must have own system (computer/laptop) and licensed design software Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a dynamic environment
