Job Description

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Person B2B Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to businesses, generating leads, explaining products/services and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential business clients
  • Explain company offerings clearly and professionally
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain records of calls and follow-ups

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. (Associate or Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of telecalling, inside sales, or customer-facing sales experience; experience making outbound B2B calls preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills; clear, professional phone etiquette and strong active listening.
  • Technical: Basic computer proficiency including CRM usage (adding contacts, logging calls), email and Excel basics.
  • Performance orientation: Target-driven, self-motivated, comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (e.g., 50+ calls/day) and handling rejection professionally.
  • Organizational: Strong record-keeping and follow-up discipline to manage lead pipelines and appointment schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior B2B telecalling or appointment-setting experience (2+ years), especially in relevant industry verticals.
  • Familiarity with popular CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho and experience using call-tracking tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Multilingual ability to engage with clients in additional regional or business languages.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound lead generation or appointment-setting targets.
Additional: Willingness to work standard business hours and attend occasional training or team meetings. Reliable attendance and a professional work approach are essential.
