Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be required to speak Kannada fluently and have experience in Inside Sales through tele-calling. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales service - Assessing customers' needs and offering assistance and information on product features - Welcoming customers to the store, addressing their queries, and actively seeking out customers - Following and achieving departmental sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis - Going the extra mile to drive sales and cross-selling products - Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas - Remaining knowledgeable about products offered, discussing available options, and processing POS purchases - Handling returns of merchandise and teaming up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service - Building productive trust relationships with customers and suggesting ways to improve sales - Complying with inventory control procedures and planning marketing activities to enhance sales Additionally, the company offers health insurance, Provident Fund benefits, and the job requires relocation to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Telecommunication and 2 years in Customer Relationship Management. Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is also required for this role.
