Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting products or services, and explaining their features and benefits. Additionally, you will follow up on leads, close sales to meet or exceed targets, and maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Upselling and cross-selling company products and services will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers - Promote products or services and explain their features and benefits - Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets - Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system - Upsell and cross-sell company products and services Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is considered a plus for this position.,
