Tele Quality Analyst / Call Auditor

Key Responsibilities

Monitor inbound and outbound calls to ensure compliance with process guidelines.
Evaluate agent performance based on communication, call handling, and customer service quality.
Identify gaps and provide actionable feedback to tele callers/team leads.
Prepare quality reports, MIS dashboards, and weekly/monthly performance summaries.
Conduct regular call calibration sessions with the team.
Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Support training teams by identifying common errors and skill gaps.

Required Skills

Minimum
2 to 4 years of experience
as a
Quality Analyst / Call Auditor
in BPO or Telemarketing.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong knowledge of quality parameters and call audit processes.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Good knowledge of MS Excel & QA tools.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and work closely with operations.

Qualification

Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
