Job Title: Sr. Executive -Tele Marketing (Land / Plot Sales)
Location: On-Site

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Tele Marketing Executive with a sound knowledges in real estate land/plot
selling. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers from multiple lead
sources and will generate site visits as per organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers from company databases, property portals, newspaper
advertisements, and Google advertisements
• Generate and qualify leads for land/plot projects
• Convince prospects and schedule site visits
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site visit targets
• Maintain proper call records and lead follow-up reports
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth site visit execution
Eligibility Criteria:
• Mandatory experience with a Real Estate Developer (Land / Plot Selling only)
• Strong sales-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Target-driven and disciplined in follow-ups
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Minimum experience in tele calling sales in real estate land/plot projects
• Familiar with CRM or lead management systems
