Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, build customer relationships, and support sales/marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade and engage with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions, details, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
• Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally.
• Update CRM/Database with lead information and status.
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
