Position: Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
• Provide detailed information about our property projects and answer customer queries.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for potential buyers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software (training will be provided).
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude.
• Team player with a customer-focused approach.
