Tele Marketing Executive

As a Telesales Representative at our product-based company, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products or services. Your main focus will be on effectively communicating, building rapport, and meeting sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls, presenting and selling products/services, understanding customer needs, handling inquiries and objections, maintaining accurate records, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong persuasive abilities, and the capacity to negotiate effectively. Prior experience in telesales or customer service is beneficial, and a goal-oriented mindset is essential to achieve targets both individually and as part of a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
