Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads, colleges, and sponsors to promote Beast Drive events and partnerships.
Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
Explain Beast Drive’s activities, events, and offerings in a clear and engaging manner.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email for conversions.
Coordinate with the marketing and event teams for lead feedback and campaign reports.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and conversions.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
Confident and energetic personality.
Basic knowledge of Excel or CRM tools is an added advantage.
Students or freshers interested in sales, marketing, or event management are welcome.
