Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor located in Mumbai. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing telephonic counseling to prospects on various courses offered by Frankfinn, guiding them through the application process, and resolving any queries. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, keeping records of each student interaction, and coordinating with the admissions team to ensure consistent communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong telephonic communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage and record detailed information accurately
• Sales aptitude with the ability to guide and convert prospects into students
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team
• Fluency in English and regional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
• Previous experience in educational counseling or customer service roles is beneficial
