We’re looking for enthusiastic Tele Counsellors with excellent communication skills in Hindi & English to join our team. You will be responsible for calling potential students and inviting them for walk-in seminars at our organization.
Handle outbound calls to leads (provided by company)
Explain training programs and convince students to attend free seminars
Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups
Help resolve basic queries about course offerings
Min. Qualification- 12th Pass (result in hand)
6 months to 5 years experience in Outbound BPO / Tele calling / Inside Sales
