1. Tele-calling Executive

Job Profile: You will call students and parents to tell them about our academy's courses. Your job is to talk to them, answer their questions, and schedule a meeting for them to visit or talk more with us. You'll use our smart software to help you.

Specialization: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work with AI-powered CRM systems and automated dialers. A proactive and tech-savvy mindset is essential.

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹29,200 per month +annual increment.

2. Recruitment Executive

Job Profile: You will be in charge of finding and hiring new staff for our team. This includes looking at resumes, talking to candidates, and helping them join our company. You'll use special software to make this process faster.

Specialization: Proven experience in modern recruitment and a strong understanding of HR processes. Proficiency in using AI-based applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent acquisition platforms for candidate sourcing and matching.

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹41,700 per month +annual increment.

3. Data Entry Operator

Job Profile: Your job is to put information into our computer system. You will make sure all data is correct and organized. We will give you smart tools to help you enter data quickly and accurately.

Specialization: Fast and accurate typing skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience with automated data extraction (OCR) and validation tools is a plus. Must be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

Salary: ₹20,800 - ₹37,500 per month +annual increment.

4. Video and Graphics Editor

Job Profile: You will make videos and pictures for our social media pages and online classes. You will edit videos to make them look good. You will also use new software with AI to create cool graphics and make your work easier and faster.

Specialization: Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop). A strong portfolio is a must, showcasing your ability to not only edit but also leverage new AI tools for a faster and more innovative workflow.

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month +annual increment.
