Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers requiring automobile assistance.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to facilitate timely support.
  • Enter customer and service request details accurately into the admin portal.
  • Monitor and track the status of ongoing service requests.
  • Escalate any issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisory team.
  • Ensure clear, polite, and respectful communication with both customers and service partners.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory. Any other language known would be an additional advantage.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel for basic data entry and tracking.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
  • Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.
