Role & responsibilities Handle incoming calls from customers requiring automobile assistance. Coordinate with field technicians to facilitate timely support. Enter customer and service request details accurately into the admin portal. Monitor and track the status of ongoing service requests. Escalate any issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisory team. Ensure clear, polite, and respectful communication with both customers and service partners. Requirements: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory. Any other language known would be an additional advantage. Working knowledge of MS Excel for basic data entry and tracking. Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required. Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations. Preferred candidate profile
