Role Overview
As a Telecaller, you’ll be the friendly voice introducing prospects to Veil Craft Solutions' innovative interior products. This is an essential sales and support position—helping drive lead conversions, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients—builders, dealers, and individuals—introducing Veil Craft’s products.
Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge.
Record lead details accurately and schedule follow-ups.
Support the sales team by generating quality leads and coordinating callbacks.
Achieve or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
Provide exceptional customer support post-inquiry and nurture long-term relationships.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum education: 12th pass (graduates preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Strong bilingual communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
Comfortable using MS Office and basic CRM tools.
