Known for durable, moisture-resistant, fire-retardant, termite-resistant, low-maintenance products and a strong commitment to flexibility, quick delivery, and customer satisfaction . --- Role Overview As a Telecaller, you’ll be the friendly voice introducing prospects to Veil Craft Solutions' innovative interior products. This is an essential sales and support position—helping drive lead conversions, customer engagement, and overall business growth. --- Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients—builders, dealers, and individuals—introducing Veil Craft’s products. Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge. Record lead details accurately and schedule follow-ups. Support the sales team by generating quality leads and coordinating callbacks. Achieve or exceed daily and weekly call targets. Provide exceptional customer support post-inquiry and nurture long-term relationships. --- Skills & Qualifications Minimum education: 12th pass (graduates preferred). Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus. Strong bilingual communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
