Role Overview

You will work as a Telecaller / Software Sales Executive and call business owners and industries to promote easy-to-sell, small-ticket software products.

Software Products to Sell

Billing Software
(For retail shops, garment stores, gift shops, restaurants, traders, stationeries, etc.)

Visitor Management Software
(For factories and industries such as garments, chemical, pharma, textile, diamond, etc.)

Software Price Range: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000 only
Easy pitch, fast decision, quick payment, daily revenue possible.

भूमिका का विवरण (हिंदी)

आप Telecaller / Software Sales Executive के रूप में काम करेंगी और
बिजनेस ओनर्स एवं इंडस्ट्रीज को कॉल करके छोटे टिकट साइज वाले, आसानी से बिकने वाले सॉफ्टवेयर बेचेंगी।

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners and industrial clients
• Explain software benefits clearly and confidently
• Handle hard sales, objections, and regular follow-ups
• Maintain CRM, Excel sheets, tasks, and records
• Convince clients and close deals quickly
• Coordinate for early payment collection
• Maintain call records, follow-ups, and daily reporting

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (हिंदी)

• बिजनेस ओनर्स और इंडस्ट्रियल क्लाइंट्स को आउटबाउंड कॉल करना
• सॉफ्टवेयर के फायदे आत्मविश्वास के साथ समझाना
• हार्ड सेल्स, ऑब्जेक्शन और रेगुलर फॉलो-अप संभालना
• CRM, Excel शीट और टास्क अपडेट करना
• क्लाइंट को कन्विंस कर डील क्लोज करना
• पेमेंट कलेक्शन के लिए कोऑर्डिनेशन
• कॉल रिकॉर्ड, फॉलो-अप और डेली रिपोर्टिंग रखना

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Comfortable with hard sales and target pressure
• Confident in asking for order closure and payment
• Positive, energetic, and result-oriented mindset
• Disciplined, regular, and serious about earnings

Work Location Options

• Office-Based (Preferred): 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Salary and Incentives

• Fixed Pay: Based on experience and working hours
• Daily / Weekly Incentives: Based on sales closures (4% to 10%)
