Tele Calling Executive

Sparkradix Technologies is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecalling Executive with prior experience in outbound/inbound calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by converting prospects into qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads
• Handle inbound calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales/business development team
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets
• Address customer objections and handle rejections positively
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or Telesales Executive
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling software)
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in IT services, digital solutions, or corporate sales calling
• Prior experience in lead generation or appointment setting
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual
