Key Responsibilities

As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. Your primary goal will be to convert initial inquiries into confirmed site visits. Your responsibilities will include:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and maintain follow-ups.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up reports.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM entry).
• Confident, polite, and professional tone.
• Ability to handle customer objections and build rapport.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Prior tele calling or customer service experience preferred, but freshers can apply.
