Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to confirm orders, resolve queries, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Handle inbound customer calls regarding product details, order status, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain customer database and update call records in the system.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, offers, and company policies.
• Assist customers with order placements and guide them through online processes if required.
• Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
• Build positive customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferably in e-commerce/retail).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Good listening skills and ability to handle customer queries patiently.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, order management software).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.

Education & Experience

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
