Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our sales and customer service team. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products, answering inquiries, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote Immer Organic’s hair care products.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads by engaging in conversations and understanding their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about our products, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent post-sales support.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services to improve overall customer experience.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely records.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align telecalling efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
