As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Executive at Immer Organic, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any post-purchase issues.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Attributes:
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
