Job Title: Telecaller – Overseas Recruitment
Location: [THRISSUE, KERALA]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our overseas recruitment team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller is to engage with potential candidates, explain job opportunities abroad, screen applicants, and support recruitment processes by maintaining strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates for overseas job opportunities.
  • Explain job roles, requirements, salary packages, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
  • Understand and assess candidates’ suitability based on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate database with accurate details after every interaction.
  • Follow up with interested candidates and assist them through the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment consultants to schedule interviews and collect documentation.
  • Handle queries from candidates regarding visa processes, job roles, and client details (as per policy).
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional relationship with candidates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role (experience in recruitment or overseas placement is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and CRM tools).
  • Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes, especially for GCC, Europe, or other regions (preferred).

Preferred Qualities:

  • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection or objections professionally.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet targets.
  • Willingness to learn about international labor laws and documentation procedures.

Working Hours:

  • [ Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM]
