Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Tele-callers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, generating leads, and driving conversions. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing customers.
· Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly.
· Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
· Maintain customer database (CRM) with accurate and up-to-date information.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
· Handle customer queries and objections professionally and efficiently.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
· Ensure excellent customer experience and build lasting relationships.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and Hindi preferred).
· Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
· Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
· Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
· Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification: Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.
