Job Description

Hi, we are hiring.

Location:

Role & responsibilities

Contact potential and existing customers via phone to pitch relevant products and services
Understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest suitable solutions
Convert leads into sales by building strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to close sales
Maintain and update sales records in CRM software
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion

Key Skills:

Freshers to 4 years in inside sales/tele-sales in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Ability to handle sales pressure and achieve targets
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus
A customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Fluency in
Hindi
/English and regional languages is an advantage.
Candidates with good Hindi communication and Hindi numbers are mandatory for the role.
