Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our property offerings, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: - - Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. - Explain property details, project specifications, and investment benefits. - Schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team. - Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM. - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions. - Handle queries professionally and close leads over the phone where possible. - Collaborate with sales executives to improve conversion rates. - Provide feedback on call scripts and customer responses for process improvement.
