Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role located in Gurugram. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to inform them about our products or services. Day-to-day tasks include answering questions about our offerings, recording customer information accurately, and handling customer queries and complaints professionally. The Tele Caller will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, following up on previous interactions, and striving to meet sales targets. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening abilities Proficiency in using database software and digital communication tools Good organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to handle rejection and persist in a positive manner Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are beneficial Salary upto 3.50 LPA plus attractive incentives.
