Job Description

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively
Generate and follow up on leads to close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Provide feedback to the team on customer responses and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Good verbal communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

Experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer support
Prior exposure to sales or customer handling roles
