Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote NBFC products such as

loans, insurance, and financial services

  • Handle inbound customer queries related to NBFC offerings
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and closures

Preferred candidate profile

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Familiarity with NBFC products and compliance basics

Proficiency in Hindi, English and regional languages (as required)
