Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller based in Noida. The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about Tradologie.com's services, and addressing any queries they may have. Daily tasks include outbound and inbound calls, maintaining detailed records of conversations and outcomes, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Tele Caller will collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and improve sales outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and maintain composure under pressure
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Relevant experience in B2B trade is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
