Job Description

Tele Caller - Real Estate

Roles and Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database to introduce real estate projects and properties.
Respond to inbound inquiries from interested customers in a timely and professional manner.
Qualify leads by gathering essential information about client needs, budget, and preferences.
Schedule and confirm property viewing appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with clients to maintain interest and build strong relationships.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
Provide clients with information about property features, pricing, and market trends.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive tone.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
The ability to handle customer objections and rejections professionally.
A target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and market dynamics is a plus.
Proficiency in using a computer and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining records.
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
