The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Interns / Freshers for the Tele-caller role. This is a learning opportunity where you will gain hands-on experience in student counseling support, client interaction, and business development activities in the education sector.

You will work closely with the Tele-Caller Manager and team, receiving training and mentorship to build your skills in communication, client handling, and CRM usage.

What You'll do

·      Make outbound calls to students and parents based on leads assigned.

·      Share information about study abroad opportunities and MSM Unify services.

·      Assist in scheduling counseling sessions with senior counselors.

·      Learn to update CRM/database after each interaction.

·      Build rapport with potential students and parents while maintaining a professional tone.

·      Support in collecting feedback from students/parents to improve services.

·      Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales techniques.

Who we are looking for

·      Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree (any field).

·      Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.

·      Strong verbal communication skills in English.

·      Outgoing personality and willingness to talk to new people.
