Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
Explain details about courses, curriculum, fee structure, and academy benefits.
Handle inbound calls related to admissions and inquiries.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into admissions.
Schedule walk-ins, counseling sessions, and campus visits.
Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in CRM/registers.
Follow up with interested candidates regularly until closure.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets.
Coordinate with academic counselors and branch teams.
Address basic queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
03 years of experience in telecalling, admissions, or sales (EdTech/education preferred)
Good communication skills in
English and regional language
Convincing and persuasive abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling tools)
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in school/college/EdTech admissions
Comfortable with pressure and targets
Energetic, patient, and confident on calls
