Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans) etc.
Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and offers in a clear and simple manner.
Collect required customer information and update the CRM system accurately.
Follow up with leads shared by the sales team to ensure timely closure.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
Basic understanding of financial products preferred (training will be provided).
Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM data entry).
