- Conduct postdischarge followups to check on recovery and answer basic health queries.
- Answer inbound calls, verify patient details, and route queries to the appropriate department (OPD, billing, pharmacy, etc.).
- Update patient records in the hospital CRM/HIS system promptly and maintain confidentiality.
- Promote healthcamp services, preventive screenings, and other hospital programs as per the campaign plan.
- Manage call volume during peak hours, handling multiple lines without compromising quality.
- Log call outcomes and generate daily/weekly reports for the management team.
- Any graduation
0 To 2 years experience in a callcenter or healthcare telecalling role (freshers with strong communication may be considered).
- Clear, neutral accent; excellent verbal communication and activelistening skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures is a plus.
- Comfortable with shift work, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Proficient in using CRM/HIS software and MS Office.
