Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller (Fresher/Experienced)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (plus incentives)

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
• Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
