Job Description

Lead Generation and Development: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation efforts. Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Sales and Promotion: Promoting coal products, explaining their benefits, and addressing customer questions to drive sales and achieve quotas. Inbound Call Handling: Addressing customer inquiries, providing information about coal products, and resolving any issues or complaints. Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, including call logs, notes, and follow-up actions. Sales Reporting: Tracking and reporting on sales performance, identifying trends, and providing feedback to the sales team. Compliance and Professionalism: Adhering to company policies, scripts, and communication guidelines to maintain a positive brand image. Customer Satisfaction: Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to clearly articulate product information and build rapport with customers. Understanding of Corporate Culture Knowledge of coal products, their applications, and the industry landscape. Customer Service Skills: Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Record Keeping and Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools. Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Strong self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Fluency in English: Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a tele caller, sales, or customer service role, preferably in the coal industry.
